Welcome Dr. Deema Mansour to our practice!

Deema Mansour, OD

Dr. Deema Mansour graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2026, she completed a residency in ocular disease with emphasis in glaucoma and low vision at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, where she was able to develop her glaucoma management philosophy that is rooted in evidence-based medicine while delivering personalized and compassionate care.

During optometry school, Dr. Mansour completed clinical externships at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, as well as Hillcrest Vision in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She has served on multiple medical mission trips to Costa Rica and Belize. Dr. Mansour was chosen as a member of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society for her academic and leadership performance, and is also a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, the American Optometric Association, and the Maryland Optometric Association.

Outside of eyecare, Dr. Mansour enjoys traveling, reading, crocheting, and spending time with friends and family.

Since 1982 the mission of the Christian Eye Ministry has been to decrease the burden of blindness in the developing world through clinical care, teaching and research.
